Tacomia Momochi

Stopped here looking for authentic Mexican food, was sadly disappointed. The tacos were fine but nothing to drive here for. The strawberry float is very bitter and the only good thing was the ice cream on top. 1/5 ⭐️

Delicious tacos and burritos, they have vegetarian options that can be made vegan on request and the staff are lovely! Very close to the beach and Fukuoka Tower too!

Nice place, with kind staff who speak multiple languages. The food was very flavorful, but had small portions for the price. The vegan option was very crumbly, but it was great that there was a vegan option. Fish taco was not on the menu and was the best taco we ordered by far. It was Great to have a fish taco on the beach!

Mexican restaurants in Japan are hard to come by, let alone good ones, so Tacomia was a pleasant surprise!

Friendly service, accomodated vegan and vegetarian options well, and a nice, casual atmosphere.

While the food is great, the portions were a little bit small.

Very tasty. We ended up overeating because we just wanted to try more.
Staff is multilingual so I could easily order in Spanish which was a relieve since Im still learning Japanese.
They also speak English.
The fish taco was the biggest surprise. It had fresh fish and the garnish had a nice acidity to it which combined very well with their Spicy Ghost salsa.

You can choose with or without Cilantro and also for the Taco's you can choose corn or flour tacos.

You notice that they use fresh ingredients which is a pleasure and makes a huge difference in the end result.

Absolutely recommended if you have a day you want to divert from Asian flavors and try something else.

Price is a bit high for the portions for Japanese standards, but I feel it is a fair price for what you get.
