En pleno Naka Ward, Hiroshima, este local destaca por sus sabores intensos, su ambiente local y una trayectoria de décadas en la misma ubicación. Entre los favoritos están el okonomiyaki tradicional, la opción de mariscos y las ostras a la plancha, muy recomendadas por su excelente punto de cocción.

8 meses agoBest okonomiyaki in Hiroshima hands down. Make sure to get the number 1 seafood. Located straight out of the elevator on the 3rd floor. They have been in the same spot for 30 years. Best flavors we have had. Atmosphere is perfect. The grilled oysters were cooked to perfection. Add this to your list of must go to.

8 meses agoOverall great local okonomiyaki experience with a vegetarian option which is hard to find!
I would rate the food about 4/5 just because I felt that the noodles were a bit overcooked and became dry/chewy.
However the cost was cheap and definitely worth it!

5 meses agoExcellent okonomiyaki! I had the traditional version which was delicious. Very good size portion, especially for the 1000 yen price!
We also brought an egg and spring onion pancake and asked it to be gluten free. They replaced the pancake with rice paper roll and gave a GF sauce. They also cleaned down the grill before cooking it too.
Overall it was excellent, and I would highly recommend

2 meses agoFantastic first okonomiyaki experience. We enjoyed the seafood with oysters and the beef special. Service was so friendly and they provided menu in English. Really fun to watch the chefs work. You will find immediately in front of elevator when you exit at level 3.

1 año agoStaff was great! This vegan halal okonomiyaki in Hiroshima was a revelation! It was my first and best okonomiyaki I've ever had, hands down. A perfect 10/10! The texture was incredible and so fulfilling! The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the savory cabbage and working in harmony.
The traditional presentation was spot-on. It was cooked right infront of us and served there hot on a plate where it was cooked, generously topped with a sweet and savory okonomiyaki sauce, a dollop of mayonnaise and a sprinkle of dried seaweed flakes (aonori) and bonito flakes (katsuobushi). It was a true feast for the senses!
