1 año agoPerfection. Kodawari. Pure happiness when you eat here! The chef is absolutely a genius, yet so calm and professional, and very helpful with all the food explanations.
The food was outstanding, from beginning to end. Everything was oishikatta desu! Oh, and what a surprise the yuzu and wasabi sorbet was! I was almost moved to tears by its incredible taste. I wish I could repeat this experience again!
Also, I was speechless to see the huge collection of Rosanjin and even to eat and drink from some of the pieces. Thank you so much for such a great experience—it will remain in our memories for a long, long time.
This was the only omakase where we received a paper menu as a souvenir and their napkin to take home, which was so sentimental and very useful for remembering the dishes' names. I love attention to detail, and they were at the top level. Thank you to the chef and all the team! Hope we will back soon!
