4 semanas agoGreat little place near many attractions. With our group we tried most of the menu, and everyone loved all the options we tried. Great for a quick and unique meal. There are both savory and sweet options, and both were great

3 meses agoSuper cute spot for breakfast and delicious as well! The staff is very friendly. We tried the banana and Nutella waffle taco along with the spicy chicken waffle taco. They had syrup to drizzle over the waffle taco too. It was delicious! We also ordered a glass of orange juice, and it was freshly squeezed and wonderful! Highly recommend!

9 meses agoA super delightful experience! We stopped here for dessert and the atmosphere and service were incredible. We sat out in the open air and loved the alien theme. I ordered the Nutella and banana taco and my husband ordered the mango soda. Both were exceptional and truly a unique treat! They even have stickers available for purchase. This is also close to the shrines but hidden enough to get away from the crowded streets of Kyoto

3 meses agoIf you’re visiting Kyoto and want to try something a little different from the usual food spots, I’d really recommend checking out Wattaco. It’s one of those places that feels like a hidden gem.
I ordered the bulgogi waffle and a passion fruit drink, and both honestly exceeded my expectations. The waffle had such a good mix of sweet and savory flavors, and it’s all made fresh! The drink was light, refreshing, and perfect after walking around all day.
What made the experience even better was the customer service. The young lady that helped us was kind and welcoming, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy even as a tourist.
If you’re exploring Kyoto and want something unique but still really satisfying, this spot is definitely worth trying.

7 meses agoThe waffle is crispy. Didn’t wait long for it. It’s located in the small streets hence it’s not easily spotted. They even have cute drawings on the wet tissue. We had the plain waffle with the maple syrup and also the one with Oreo Nutella.
