5 meses agoPanchi is a great chef! The items on his menu have good variation and are all well balanced in flavor, and I could recommend any (or all) of them. The blend of umami, sweet, spicy, sour is done very well, and yet more subtle flavors are also apparent. Not to mention the well thought out and delightful textures. His tortillas are homemade, and he also has homemade horchata, which is sweet and nicely spiced, and hommade jamaica, which is a fantastic blend bitter and sweet.
Panchi is also very friendly, polite, and helpful, and we had a good time chatting with him as we ordered round after round of tacos and tostadas. He has seasonal dishes and flavors that are limited time, so I definitely recommend coming in and trying a few things, whether you've never had Mexican food before or have had it all your life. You will not be disappointed!

2 años agoThe birria and carñitas tacos were phenomenal. And the pear margarita was refreshing. Honestly, amazing!! I didn’t know what to expect from a Mexican restaurant in Japan but it did NOT disappoint. The owner/chef was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. Spoke a bit of Spanish! Lovely experience.
